Film Awards & Festival Selections

78th Venice International Film Festival (2021)

"Di Fuoco e d'Ombra" - short film directed by Youssef DaLima, presented at the Regione Veneto Pavilion during the 78th Venice International Film Festival, in collaboration with Vicenza Film Commission and Consorzio Vicenza È. The film honors 11 forgotten women who shaped the history of Vicenza, based on the book by Rossella Menegato and Manuela Brocco. It premièred in Piazza dei Signori (Vicenza) in front of 700 people during VIOFF 2021 and has since been screened across the Veneto region at institutional and cultural events.

Los Angeles Film Awards — Best Short Drama (2017)

"No Share" — short film produced by Youssef DaLima (executive producer), winner of Best Short Drama at the Los Angeles Film Awards 2017. Also selected at the Sapporo International Short Film Festival.


Slapple Pizza — Festival Circuit (2025–2026)

"Slapple Pizza" — action-comedy short film directed by Youssef El Jardouli and produced by Onymous Studios. Currently in the festival circuit, where it has already earned several nominations.

Veneto Film Commission Selections

Multiple short films by Youssef DaLima have been selected by the Veneto Film Commission for presentations at editions of the Venice Film Festival, starting from "The Writer – Ada's Story" (2015).
