Take a peek!

DNA AND – Between Science and Modern Consciousness is a multisensory scientific exhibition whose visual identity and multimedia design were created by Onymous Studios. Staged at the historic Essiccatoio Bozzoli — a FAI-listed industrial heritage site in San Vito al Tagliamento that regularly hosts contemporary art exhibitions — the exhibition transforms a space built for silk production into a laboratory for scientific discovery.

The challenge: distilling science into experience

Can we combine a chromatic journey with a scientific exhibition? How do we distill complex concepts into visual windows, and find the right rhythm between space and information? DNA AND was born from the synergy between Emporio della Scienza APS, Eupolis Studio Associato and the world of visual arts, with one goal: a museum experience accessible to all, stimulating sight, touch and hearing.

The design: colour as memory, interaction as learning

The whole pathway was organised chromatically, using colour to support memory retention and visual orientation, alternating informative reading with moments of interaction and play, for adults and children alike. Onymous shaped the exhibition's visual identity through colour, design, rhythm and interaction, from multimedia content and animations to tactile panels, enriched with audio, video, projections and interactive stations: a multisensory journey where education and wonder go hand in hand. Even the discovery of DNA becomes a game.

Collaborators

Created thanks to Emporio della Scienza APS (ideators of the project), in collaboration with Eupolis Studio Associato, with the creative partnership of Ilaria Miotto and the technical support of SIM2 Multimedia. Because science belongs to everyone — and through art, we can make it vivid, accessible and unforgettable.
