She wanted More!

The customer is always right. Especially when she's terrifying.
A young bartender. A packed bar. A woman walks in, sits down, and says one word: more.
More flavour. More spectacle. More of whatever you have that I haven't tried. The kind of customer who sends the kitchen into a spin and the barman into a cold sweat, because she doesn't want a drink, she wants an experience, and she can tell the difference.
He does what any sensible person behind a bar would do: he calls for backup.

And then Andrea Gallottini appears.
Not through the door. Through the light. Like a vision. Like a saint of the aperitivo hour descending upon a mortal bartender in his moment of greatest need. With a keg under one arm and the answer to everything in the other.
The answer, as it turns out, is Pistachio Spritz.

Three spritz. One system. No excuses.
This is the second chapter in our work with Open.Ice.Enjoy, and the brief was different this time. The first video introduced the brand. This one had to introduce a product format: the keg line.
Open.Ice.Enjoy, now part of the Distilleria Zanin 1895 group, has developed a professional draft system for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel: ready-to-serve cocktails in kegs, each one yielding around 130 perfectly consistent drinks. Three spritz in the line:
Aperitivo Spritz : the Italian classic, on tap.
Limoncello Spritz : bright, citrus-forward, built for summer.
Pistachio Spritz : the true novelty, and the hero of the video.
The challenge was to communicate speed, consistency and quality — the three things a bar owner actually cares about — without making a product demo. Nobody watches product demos.
So we made a comedy instead.

Why comedy works for kegs
A keg is not glamorous. A keg is logistics. It sits under the counter and does its job silently, and the customer never sees it and never should. What the customer sees is the drink arriving fast, tasting right, and looking good.
The comedy format lets us skip the machinery and go straight to the result: a woman who wants the impossible, a bartender who can't deliver it alone, and a system that makes the impossible routine. Andrea's entrance — divine, absurd, entirely deadpan — is the punchline, and the Pistachio Spritz is the proof.
It also lets us do something harder: make a B2B product feel like a B2C story. The target audience is bar owners and Ho.Re.Ca. operators, but the video works for anyone with a sense of humour and a fondness for spritz. That is deliberate.

Launched at Beer & Food Attraction 2026
The video was produced for the launch of the Open.Ice.Enjoy keg line at Beer & Food Attraction 2026, Fiera di Rimini (15–18 February 2026) — Italy's leading trade fair for the out-of-home beverage industry. The keg system and the Pistachio Spritz were presented to Ho.Re.Ca. buyers and operators at the Zanin 1895 stand.
