Vegetables are photogenic
LocaMara: a jar of vegetables, a story worth telling
We met Andrea one evening at a pub, over a beer and some crisps. Calm, straightforward, soft-spoken—the kind of person you just listen to. He had changed his life completely, and now runs LocaMara, his small mountain farming business in Contrà Lorenzi, in Laghi—the smallest municipality in the Veneto region.
With LocaMara, Andrea transforms homegrown vegetables into simple, honest, and delicious products. His secret? A mix of traditional wisdom and a touch of innovation.
Just vegetables in a jar? Not quite.
Each jar is handmade with care and intention. These products speak of soil, seasons, and patience. They burst with color, personality, and a playful charm that makes them not just good—but genuinely desirable.

When Andrea asked us to rethink his brand communication, we immediately understood it wasn’t about making things look pretty. It was about expressing who he is, why he grows the way he does, and what he believes in.
That’s why we designed a visual language where the raw ingredients appear alongside the final product, saying clearly: “Do you know what you’re eating? Take a look!”
With LocaMara, we reaffirmed a belief that’s central to our work: what matters isn’t the product, it’s the identity.
No filters, no pretense. Just a few simple things, done well, with honesty.
Laghi may be the smallest town in Veneto.
But small doesn’t mean insignificant.
Sometimes, the best things grow in the most unexpected places.
Do you know what “Loca Mara” means?
It’s actually a pretty funny story...
Call Andrea—he’ll tell you himself.
